Private consulting services for individuals navigating the Federal Bureau of Prisons system.

Support includes:

These services function similarly to coaching and consulting—providing clarity and direction in complex institutional environments.

Pricing Structure

Federal Court (Premium Tier)

Designed for complex cases requiring deep analysis and extensive record review.

  • Hourly: $275 – $350

  • Flat Fee: $7,500 – $12,000+

Federal cases often involve large volumes of discovery and require detailed, in-depth reporting to support arguments under sentencing considerations.

State Court (Agile Tier)

Efficient, high-impact reports tailored for faster-moving cases.

  • Hourly: $200 – $250

  • Flat Fee: $4,500 – $6,500

Typically focused on concise, emotionally resonant mitigation narratives (8–12 pages) that can influence negotiations or sentencing outcomes.

Delivery & Billing Guidelines
Virtual (Standard)

Virtual interviews are the standard approach, particularly for:

  • Out-of-state witnesses

  • Collateral interviews

  • Efficient case development
In-Person (Premium)

Available for:

  • Local clients

  • Jail visits

  • Key family or primary sources
Travel Billing

Travel time is billed at 50% of the standard hourly rate.
